Pauline Adongo is a Registered Nurse with a wealth of experience in healthcare. She embarked on her professional journey as a certified nursing assistant in geriatrics, where she developed a deep compassion for the elderly and a strong foundation in patient care. Through her commitment and expertise, Pauline advanced to prominent roles in management and executive leadership.

Her diverse professional background includes corporate compliance, quality assurance, and nursing administration, all of which highlight her comprehensive understanding of the healthcare system. Pauline earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Kutztown University,  an MBA in healthcare administration from Eastern University, and a Master of Jurisprudence in Business and Corporate Law from Widener University.

Outside of her professional life, Pauline is passionate about staying active and enjoys running. She also loves to write, teach, and mentor others, frequently sharing her insights and experiences. Additionally, she is deeply committed to empowering women and children in developing countries, working to improve their opportunities and quality of life.
