Daniel C. Frost, DM, MBA, NHA

His background encompasses more than 30 years of experience in senior healthcare and living services including skilled nursing, assisted living, personal care, dementia and senior housing services. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Assisted Living Association (PALA), Pennsylvania Healthcare Association and Lehigh County Area Agency on Aging. Dan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management from State University of New York, MBA from Kutztown University and Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from University of Phoenix. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Personal Care Home Administrator and lifetime certified Assisted Living Advanced Level Administrator. Dr. Frost also serves as a faculty member of Strayer University School of Business.

Dan has worked in facility operations as an administrator, executive director, regional director and vice-president of operations. He also served as vice-president of policies, procedures and safety for Atria Senior Living.

Through his career, he has opened and operated new facilities including three personal care homes, two retirement living and one skilled nursing facility for Concord Health Group (currently Genesis Healthcare), Country Meadows and Senior Quarters (currently Atria Senior Living).

Dan is excited to be the Administrator at The Village at LifeQuest.

Malissa Yocum

Malissa Yocum

Malissa Yocum is a registered nurse with over 35 years of experience in healthcare.  She has worked in skilled nursing helping to turn a special focus facility around, personal care, regional nursing,  substance abuse and mental health.  Malissa is married to Rick and is the mother of nine adult children.  She is especially in love with her fifteen grandchildren, hoping for many more!  Malissa is active in her church.  In her spare time Malissa likes to read, go to the beach, attend concerts and hang out with her family, her favorite people!

Jeanine Gannon

Jeanine Gannon

Jeanine Gannon has worked in the healthcare industry for the past twenty years in a variety of different capacities. She began her career as a sales representative in the Pharmaceutical Industry before transitioning into the role of Physician Recruiter and Liaison for several Health Systems.  She has worked in the long term care industry for the past thirteen years as an Admissions and Marketing Director for skilled facilities and as a Personal Care Home Administrator. Jeanine joined the Lifequest family in 2018. She studied Nursing at the University of Scranton and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  Jeanine is currently completing her Masters of Public Health degree.  She and her three children reside in Pipersville.
