Her background encompasses more than 20 years of experience in senior healthcare and living services including skilled nursing, assisted living, personal care and memory care.

I have a personal care home administrators license and an assisted living administrators license. I have worked in many different areas of the communities I managed so I am very fortunate to understand all aspects of senior living.

I am very proud to be part of the team at The Village of LifeQuest and look forward to continuing to ensure this community is the best home for all seniors.  We will strive to be our very best every day and create a fun, innovative, safe home for seniors.

I love spending time with my family and have a passion for horses.

My name is Diamond Cantrell and I am the Director of Nursing at The village at LifeQuest . I have ten years of experience in healthcare. As a Director of Nursing, I am primarily responsible for the administrative functions of the department, including planning, direction, organization, and operation of nursing education. I oversee the development, assessment, improvement, and maintenance of the Nursing department. I truly enjoy providing care to the geriatric population as it is one of my passions. I am an avid animal lover and in my down time I enjoy spending time with my family. I am grateful and excited to be apart of the team here at The Village.

Jennifer joined LifeQuest in 2020. Prior to this, she served in a Director role with an assisted living provider in the Lehigh Valley. There she had responsibility for directing Office Management, and HR operations. Jennifer recently studied at Penn State (Abington) successfully completing Personal Care Home Administration training (2017). Jennifer moved to the Lehigh Valley from Ireland in 2013 with her family. Jennifer volunteered as one of 30,000 officials and support staff for the Special Olympics World Summer games hosted in Ireland in 2003. Her local town, Newbridge, County Kildare, was officially recognized as the best host town for the Japanese delegation. Jennifer moved to the Lehigh Valley from Ireland in 2013 with her family. Her husband works with a leading global Life Science provider based in Allentown.   Jennifer spent most of childhood growing up in South East Asia and central Europe due to her father being in Finance.  Jennifer has a keen interest in Arts & Culture, Travel and enjoys reading / listening to music.

My name is Joan Allen and I am the Community Life Director at the Village at Life Quest.  I’m a fairly new member to the management team and I’m looking forward to creating a fantastic activity program that our residents and family/friends can enjoy.  I’m ready to put some smiles on our residents faces.

I graduated at Slippery Rock University with a BS in Physical Education & Health with a minor in Gerontology.  I fell in love with the seniors and have been working in communities such as Long Term/Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Personal Care and Assisted Living for 30 years.  It truly became my passion!!

I am happily married to my spouse Tom Allen.  I have 2 daughters; Keri & Korene and 1 step daughter; Shannon.  I love the outdoors, especially going Kayaking and hiking.  We also love to watch and attend sporting events.  I’m definitely a Philadelphia fan!!

Hello, my name is Jessica Gonzalez, and I am passionate about serving others. The elderly have always had a special place in my heart; I have worked in the Senior Living industry for over twenty years. I am a certified personal care home administrator and an assisted living administrator. I have a passion for serving our seniors and helping them enjoy their lives to the fullest. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful daughters and two golden doodles.

I am honored to be part of the fantastic team here at The Village of LifeQuest, where we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all that call the Village home.

Elise has been in the HR field since 2001. She moved from NJ to PA in 2009 and has been employed at LifeQuest since 2010. Prior to her time at LifeQuest she was the HR Representative at B. Braun Medical in NJ, a medical device manufacturer.
Elise is passionate about Resident/Child care and quality customer service. She strives to help employees have a meaningful and gratifying experience while employed at LifeQuest.
She is an avid animal lover and enjoys listening to a wide range of music, you can always count her to know all the words to any song!
Elise resides in the Lehigh Valley.

Matt has worked in the Healthcare field for over 15 years, working in Pharmacies, Hospitals, and Skilled Nursing facilities. He was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley however moved to San Francisco for 5 years where he worked and eventually married my wife.
Matt traveled a lot for work and was able to see many amazing cities: Chicago, New Orleans, San Diego, Denver just to name a few. Traveling became tiresome and home was calling so he moved back to the Lehigh Valley and now live in Easton, PA with his wife Shannon and their pup, Jameson.
Matt likes to golf in his free time and always enjoys relaxing watching movies.
